How does Airyougo Travel Experience work?

  1. Buy: Grab the featured deal of the day by clicking on the “Buy Now” button! When you make a purchase on the Airyougo Travel Experience website, you are buying a Airyougo Travel Experience voucher for a package as described in the deal.
  2. Refer a Friend: Tell your friends about Airyougo Travel Experience and earn a discount of P100 for every referral.
  3. Experience: Your voucher will be downloadable after you make the payment. Redeem your Airyougo Travel Experience voucher .

Q.I like a deal being displayed – how do I get it?

A: Shopping at Airyougo Travel Experience is very easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Click on the deal that you like and read the deal description and fine print thoroughly as it contains important deal information such as the voucher validity period and redemption instructions.

2. If you wish to purchase the deal, click ‘Buy Now’ (as long as the ‘Buy Now’ button is still available. It sometimes isn’t if the capacity limit has been reached or the countdown is over).  Enter the quantity of how many vouchers you’d like to purchase then click ‘Proceed Checkout’

3. You may checkout as guest or Log in to your account and enter your details. If you are a new user, enter your payment address and payment details.

4. Check that all information is correct and click on “Place Order”.

Q:What happens after I buy?
A: You will be provided of order # and you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress. If you’re checking out as a member, you will find a ‘Click here to print a copy of your order confirmation’ and just click ‘here to print’ to print your voucher. You can also find the link to your voucher at My Account > My Orders > View Order > Print Order. If you have an existing account and you’re not logged in, you need to login by entering your email address and password that you used to register with us. If you’re checking out as guest, you need to check your email for the order confirmation email.

Once your voucher is printed, you need to contact Air You Go Travels and provide your order # to check the availability of the deal.

Q:Can I buy a deal as a gift?
A: Yes! You can give our vouchers as a gift to a friend. Our vouchers are transferrable (unless stated otherwise in the deal fine print). Moreover, only the original price is written on the voucher, not the price you bought it for, thus making it a perfect gift.

Q:Where is my voucher?
A: After your purchase, you will be provided of order # and you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your order and a link to track its progress. After your purchase, your Airyougo Travel Experience deal voucher will be available in your account under “My Orders” and will contain all the necessary booking information. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Find the deal that’s right for you.
  • Purchase your Airyougo Travel Experience voucher.
  • Contact Air You Go Travels, as specified on your voucher or in the Fine Print & Details. to verify the availability of the deal.
  • Book a date within the travel window specified in the Fine Print & Details.

A: In order to access your account, visit the Airyougo Travel Experience home page and click on “login” at the top right-hand corner. Then enter your email address and password.
Q: What if I receive the message “email / password incorrect”?
What if I receive the message “email / password incorrect”?
A: If you receive the message “email / password incorrect”, make sure that you are logging in with the email address that you used to register with Airyougo Travel Experience. If you verified that you are using the correct email address, the issue might be that your password is incorrect. You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot Password?”. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

If you don’t receive this email (check your spam folder), you most likely don’t have a Airyougo Travel Experience account. You might have subscribed to the Newsletter without having created a Airyougo Travel Experience account. In this case, create an account by clicking on “register”.
